Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Simple Stow. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped from Highland, Utah USA. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Cutoff Time & Handling Time

Orders placed before 12pm MST will have a 1 day handling time and orders placed after 12pm MST will have a 2 day handling time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following Domestic shipping services:

UPS  

  • Ground (1–5 business days). Cost determined at checkout.

USPS

  • Priority Mail (1–3 business days) Cost determined at checkout.

  • First Class Package International
  • Priority Mail Express International

We offer the following International shipping services:

UPS

  • UPS® Ground

  • Priority Mail Express International
  • Priority Mail International
  • First Class Package International

DHL

  • DHL Express Worldwide

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, bad weather, or high volumes of orders.

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories and Canada.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom 

We are not responsible if an order is returned because it was delivered to a P.O. Box. If the item is sent back to us because of this, then there will be a new shipping charge to send it back out. Please do not put a P.O. Box as your address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@simple-stow.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
